Modelling the degradation of BPG, GAP and DHAP at high temperature

Despite high similarity in sequence and catalytic properties, the L-lactate dehydrogenases (LDH) in lactic acid bacteria (LAB) display differences in their regulation which may arise from their adaptation to different habitats.
